What is the Botanical Hair Serum?
A botanical hair serum built around three hero plants: Horsetail, Nettle and Rosemary. It's multi-use, a twice-weekly scalp treatment, or a single drop as a styling oil on damp hair.

How do I use it?
As a treatment, apply five drops to the scalp and massage in, then comb through to the tips. Leave it on for an hour or two, then wash thoroughly. Repeat twice a week. As a styling oil, use a single drop through damp hair, avoiding the roots, then dry as normal.

Does it help hair grow back?
We make no growth or regrowth claims. We don't hold the clinical data the Advertising Standards Authority would expect for a claim like that, and we'd rather be honest. If you're looking for a proven hair-loss treatment, please speak to a GP or a trichologist.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. It's vegan, cruelty-free and palm-oil-free.

What's in it?
Nine ingredients in total. A base of Jojoba, Castor, Hemp Seed, Olive and Wheat Germ oils, with Rosemary oil, Horsetail and Nettle extracts, and a little natural Vitamin E. The full INCI list is on the product page.

Is there any fragrance?
No added fragrance. The scent is simply the natural smell of the rosemary and the oils. It does naturally contain Limonene and Linalol, which occur in the essential oils, and these are declared on the label.

I have a wheat allergy. Can I use it?
The formula contains wheat germ oil (Triticum Vulgare Germ Oil). If you have a wheat allergy, please don't use this product.

Does it contain CBD or THC?
No. The hemp ingredient is Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, pressed from the seeds, and it contains no CBD or THC. It's there for its fatty acids and how it feels on the hair, and it's the same ingredient used across mainstream skincare.

Where is it made?
The serum is formulated and made in Birmingham, in the UK.

How long does a bottle last?
Used twice a week as a treatment, around six to eight weeks.

Can I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please check with your healthcare professional first. The rosemary in the formula is at a normal cosmetic level, but pregnancy isn't the time to take our word for it.

Do I need to patch test?
Yes, please. Put a small amount on the inside of your forearm and leave it for 24 hours before using it on your scalp.

Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. For hygiene reasons, opened bottles can't be returned under UK consumer law unless they're faulty. The full returns policy is in the footer.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We're launching in the UK only.
