Where we ship

We ship within the United Kingdom only at this time.

Service

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking link by email when your bottle is on its way.

Cost

Free over £30. £3.95 under £30.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched within two working days. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within two to three working days of dispatch. It is a tracked service, not a guaranteed-by service.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived ten working days after dispatch, please email hello@revitalroots.co.uk with your order number and we will open a Royal Mail claim. If the bottle arrives damaged, please send a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are subject to a £3.95 re-postage charge.
