Products

We sell cosmetic products. Our products are not medicines and make no medicinal claims. They are intended for external use only and used as directed.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the order. Until dispatch, we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including for stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your card details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
